Return & Refund Policy – Lampcozy

Welcome to Lampcozy.
We are dedicated to providing high-quality 3D-printed lighting products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any request submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Defective or Damaged Products
You are eligible for a return or refund if the item you received is damaged or defective, including manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Timeframe

You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@lampcozy.store.
Include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, with all labels and original packaging.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, use, modification, or damage.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 7–10 business days to appear.

Return Shipping Charges

Lampcozy Responsibility (Our Error)
If the return is due to our mistake—such as a defective item, damaged arrival, or receiving the wrong product—we will provide:

  • Full refund, including the original shipping cost

  • A prepaid return label

  • No extra fees of any kind

Buyer Preference (Personal Reason)
If you are returning the product due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size/color selected, ordered by mistake, or changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping to our returns center.

To reduce the burden of international shipping costs, we offer a $30 return shipping subsidy, which will be deducted directly from the final refund amount.

Buyers must provide a valid return tracking number.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different model, size, or color, please inform us when you contact customer service. We will assist you through the exchange process. No additional handling fees or extra shipping charges apply.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.
