Shipping Policy – Lampcozy

At Lampcozy, we are committed to delivering your favorite 3D-printed lighting products quickly and safely. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cutoff time of 2:00 PM PST (Los Angeles time) will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time (processing + transit): 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
No additional fees, import duties, or taxes will be charged at delivery — all costs are included in your checkout total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@lampcozy.store.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us immediately so we can help locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Send the photos along with your order number to support@lampcozy.store.

Without photographic evidence, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Lampcozy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to correct the address, please contact us as soon as possible.
