Every lamp is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your order is damaged during transit, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. We'll also handle the shipping claim with the carrier for you.

Please keep the damaged item and its original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
• Expedited / Small Items: 10–15 business days.（Need Expedited Shipping? If you need faster delivery or have a deadline, please Contact Us before placing your order.）
• Medium, Large & Custom Items: 3–4 weeks (Ocean Freight + Final Local Delivery).
• Shipping Fee: Free Shipping on all supported orders. Taxes & duties included.

Order Cancellation

• Free Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of placement (due to specialized driver configurations).
• Late Cancellation: Requests made after 48 hours will incur a 30% restocking fee.
• In-Transit: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered international transit.
