What is your return policy if the fixture doesn't perfectly fit my space?
We want you to be completely in love with your home's new glow. If a piece isn't quite the right fit for your aesthetic, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with the voltage in my country?
Absolutely. Our light fixtures are designed to be universally compatible with standard global voltages (110V - 240V). Whether you are illuminating a space in North America, Europe, Australia, or anywhere else, our lights will work safely and beautifully in your home.
Can I request a longer cable/cord for rooms with high ceilings?
We understand that every home has unique architectural details. For many of our pendant lights and chandeliers, we offer customized cable lengths to perfectly suit your space. Please contact our support team before placing your order to discuss your specific height requirements, and we'll be happy to help you achieve the perfect hang.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new lighting. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered the active shipping process, we are unable to make changes, but you can always utilize our 30-day return policy once the item arrives.
