The shade resembles the empty shell of an acorn, which becomes hollow once the ripened nut has broken free. Similar to a stem, the top of the shade tapers into a tactile, elegant shape.

After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. We'll also handle the shipping claim with the carrier for you.
