Available in two power options: hardwired, or a combined hardwired and solar-powered version. The solar panel, discreetly positioned atop the lamp, efficiently harnesses solar energy for charging. Once fully charged, the solar-powered option provides 8-10 hours of illumination.

These pillar lights feature an IP65 waterproof rating, ensuring reliable performance and resistance to various weather conditions. Both the hardwired and the hardwired/solar-powered models support three-step dimming (3000K/4500K/6000K), allowing users to select from three distinct light colors (warm white, neutral white, and cool white) to suit different scenes and moods.

Note: Only the solar option includes a remote control; the hardwired version does not.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
No restocking fees are charged.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
