- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. We'll also handle the shipping claim with the carrier for you.
Please keep the damaged item and its original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
