Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via trusted carriers such as
UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Transit Time: 10–17 business days (may vary by location).

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.
No additional duties, taxes, or delivery fees.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within
1–2 business days after inspection.
Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear.

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
No restocking fees are charged.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
