• This ceiling fan should not be installed on ceilings composed of joists with gypsum board or wood panels to prevent noise and stability issues.
• Installation is suitable for cement concrete and solid wood beams; prefabricated ceilings are not recommended.
• For installation surfaces featuring round or square grooves, specific dimensions regarding the groove's diameter and depth must be accounted for.
• This fixture is not suitable for sloped ceilings. The mounting beam must have a minimum width of 6 cm and the ceiling structure must support a weight capacity exceeding 20 kg.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
No restocking fees are charged.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
