Design Inspiration: The design is based on a dual-purpose concept. It functions as an uplighter, illuminating the space with ambient lighting, and its rotation also offers a dimmer companion light suitable for reading. The design emphasizes balance, with a cone resting on its point on a rotating rod.

• The rotation angle of the lampshade should not exceed 270°.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
