The Heracleum Chandelier combines the beauty of nature with modern technology. Inspired by the Heracleum Plant, its LED lamp features white leaves branching from a central stem, creating a unique and organic structure. This chandelier adds a touch of technical sophistication to any space and can be displayed in various configurations.

Please Note: We offer four finishes: gold, rose gold, copper, and black. We provide the default choice of Rose gold and Black; if you require gold or copper, please contact our support team.

Please Note: The RC Remote Control Dimmer allows for convenient control of the lamp's monochrome dimming using the included remote control. This feature is specifically designed for remote control functionality and is not compatible with wall dimmer switches.

Please Note: Only RC dimming models include a remote control. Warm light and white light versions do not come with a dimming remote control.

Please Note: This light fixture is designed with conductive paint. To maintain low power consumption, the voltage and power of each LED are kept minimal. We recommend pairing this fixture with additional light sources, as its primary function is decorative.

Below is a summary of our shipping and return policies.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated Transit Time: 10–17 business days (may vary by location).

Please note for large lighting fixtures and custom orders:

• Production Time: 3-10 business days
• Ocean Freight Transit: 3-5 weeks
• Total Door-to-Door Delivery Time: Approximately 4-6 weeks
• Carrier: Ocean freight, with final-mile delivery handled by UPS/FedEx in the destination country.
• Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.

Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders.

No additional duties, taxes, or delivery fees.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

To request a return, contact support@lampcozy.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection.

Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear.

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment.

Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

No restocking fees are charged.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
