- This light offers no video flash, promoting healthy natural light that is eye-friendly. Stepless dimming is controllable by an intelligent remote, allowing selection of light color, brightness, and a small night light mode.

SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY
As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged lamp
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.
Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
