Every lamp is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. If your order is damaged during transit, we'll make it right.

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation. We'll also handle the shipping claim with the carrier for you.
