The LAMP COZY Garden Lamp Post is a modern outdoor lighting solution designed for parks, gardens, villas, and walkways. This fixture is available in two power configurations: a solar-powered model for energy-independent operation and a hardwired model for traditional electrical setups. Constructed with a die-cast aluminum housing and a PC diffuser, the lamp is built to withstand outdoor elements with an IP65 waterproof rating.

The solar-powered version features an integrated photosensitive chip that enables automatic dusk-to-dawn operation, charging during daylight hours and activating at night. It is equipped with a high-capacity 20000mAh battery and a 20W solar panel. For added convenience, the solar model includes a remote control capable of managing multiple lamps within a 5-8 meter range. Both versions offer a choice between warm white (3000K) and white light (6000K) color temperatures to suit various landscape requirements.

• Carrier: Ocean freight, with final-mile delivery handled by UPS/FedEx in the destination country.
• Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return or Refund:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

To request a return, contact support@lampcozy.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection.

Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear.

No restocking fees are charged.

As a lighting retailer, we carefully inspect and package all lamps before shipment. However, if your lamp arrives damaged due to transportation, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

1. Your order number
   
2. Clear photos of the damaged lamp
   
3. Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
   

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement, partial compensation, or a full refund, depending on the situation. Our team will also handle the shipping claim with the carrier.

Please keep the damaged item and original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
